What to Expect From Your Installation
We start by looking at the site and the plan, then pull the required sewer permit and locate the existing utilities so nothing underground gets damaged. For a replacement, a camera inspection of the old line helps us confirm the path and the connection point before we dig.
From there we excavate the path for the new line, lay the pipe to the correct depth and slope, and make the connection, whether that is a tap into the city main, a tie-in for a septic to sewer conversion, or the lateral for a new build. We keep the trench and the work area as contained as we can.
Before the line is buried, the county or city inspects it. Once it passes, we backfill, compact, and restore the area. You end up with a permitted, code-compliant sewer line and the paperwork to prove it. We can also set you up with periodic drain cleaning down the road to keep the new line clear for the long haul.
