John’s Plumbing and Rooter has worked across the High Desert since 2000. From our shop in Hesperia, our trucks reach the whole Victor Valley and the surrounding desert and mountain communities. Our core service area, close to home. We cover Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, and Oak Hills with our fastest response times. These are the closest communities to our Hesperia shop, so we reach them soonest.
- High Desert Communities
Spread across the desert, we serve Phelan, Pinon Hills, Barstow, Lucerne Valley, and Helendale. Many of these are rural, with the well water and septic systems we know well.
- Mountain Communities
Up the hill, we handle plumbing for Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, and Wrightwood, including the frozen pipe and winterizing work that mountain homes need. Snow and freezing temperatures make mountain plumbing its own challenge, and we are ready for it.

Our family has trusted these guys with our plumbing for years and they always do great work! Had some plumbing issues with the toilet in the masterbath and they took care of it right away. Last year our hot water heater broke and they were able to replace it quickly and for a really affordable price. This week our garbage disposal broke and we knew exactly who to call! Highly recommend this company, especially Levi, who did a beautiful job on our hot water heater last year and on our sink and garbage disposal this week. Levi fixed our interior leak, our copper pipe in the master bathroom, angle stops/shut off valves, the ball valve and water pressure regulator. He explained everything he was doing as my husband and I watched. He was very patient with our questions and communication was always open. He got our water running and made sure any defects were addressed. Very grateful for his work!

John’s plumbing was excellent, Levi showed up within an hour and got my backed up drain cleared. Awesome customer service, Levi was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what could’ve caused my backup. Definitely recommend John’s plumbing.

Do you serve the mountain communities like Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead?
Yes. We work in Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, and Wrightwood, and we are used to the freeze and winterization issues mountain homes run into. Frozen pipes and winterizing are routine work for us up there.

Probably. We cover a wide stretch of the High Desert, and the cities listed are just our main ones. Give us a call and we will let you know. We would rather you call and find out than assume we do not cover you.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on your city, and each city page has the details. Areas closest to Hesperia see us soonest, and we offer emergency response across the region. Closer towns can often get same-day service.
Do you offer emergency service in the whole area?
Yes. We provide emergency plumbing across our service area. An after-hours fee applies for calls outside normal hours, and we tell you before we head out. No matter the hour, a real person answers your call.
